Register and manage your CTi system warranties in one convenient location. CTi-approved dealers can register completed projects, submit required reseal and warranty-extension records, file warranty claims, and download current warranty documents.

Please have all required project information, batch numbers, contracts, and photographs ready before beginning a submission. Existing warranties can be accessed using the CTi warranty number and the property owner’s last name or full business name.

Register a New Warranty
Submit the completed project information, installation details, batch-label copies, customer contract, and completed-job photographs.

File a Warranty Claim
Locate an existing warranty and submit information and current photographs showing the problem.

Submit a Reseal or Warranty Extension
Document a required maintenance reseal, including the reseal date, CTi products, batch numbers, number of coats, and current project photographs.

Review or download the current PDF warranty for each CTi system.
