Return Policy

At Concrete Technology Industries, we do not accept returns on product materials. This includes, but is not limited to, coatings, sealers, overlays, colorants, stains, flakes, epoxies, polyaspartics, urethanes, primers, additives, liquids, powders, special orders, custom items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids.

Returns may only be considered for unused tools and sundries.

Eligible Returns

We have a 30-day return policy for eligible tools and sundries only. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving return approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Product materials

  • Coatings, sealers, overlays, epoxies, polyaspartics, urethanes, primers, colorants, stains, additives, flakes, powders, or liquids

  • Special orders or custom products, including custom colors, stencils, or personalized items

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

  • Used tools or opened sundries

  • Sale items

Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions or concerns about whether a specific item is returnable.

Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

This policy does not limit our ability to correct shipping errors, damaged shipments, or defective items.

Exchanges

If you need a different eligible tool or sundry item, please contact us first. Once the return is approved and received, you may place a separate order for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
