MP-4000 - MULTI PURPOSE CONCRETE REPAIR MIX (50 LBS)

CTI MP-4000 is a multi-use, commercial-grade, fiber-reinforced concrete mix engineered for extreme bonding performance. This non-hydrophobic, pre-sanded, heavily polymerized material requires only water (CTI Recommends 8oz of 112 Modifier per bag) and delivers high flexural strength, exceptional adhesion, and easy trowel ability.

MP-4000 can be used as an extreme bonding base coat, underlayment, repair concrete, or a high-PSI wearable topcoat. It may be troweled smooth or broom-finished and is suitable for both patching damaged or spalled concrete and full-surface applications.

Designed for versatility, MP-4000 supports thin applications as well as deep fills up to 4+ inches. It forms an exceptionally strong physical and chemical bond to concrete substrates and provides long-term durability. MP-4000 is water-resistant and will not expand, contract, or warp when exposed to moisture
